We do not offer refunds on goods. If you do have feedback or any issues with the product, please get in touch via our email or social media. Depending on circumstances we may be able to offer store credit.
It is extremely important you make sure your shipping address is correct when purchasing. Once we have shipped your purchase, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided. From here you can track and redirect your parcel as needed. We do not take responsibility for, or trace your parcel, once it has left us.

Processing your Order:
Please allow up to 48hrs (business days only) for processing, printing, and packaging of your print or poster order. Shipping times are additional to our 24hr processing time - please ensure you've read the FAQ & selected the correct shipping option for your needs.
Tracked Delivery within New Zealand:
This is applicable on all prints, this is automatically applied at checkout and requires no minimum spend.
$10 Tracked Delivery shipping within New Zealand takes on average 3-5 business days, with rural destinations taking from 3-10 business days.
No orders will be sent or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
